We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation at Aloha Resort & Villas.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Peak Season & Holiday Policy

During peak seasons (October - March) and major holidays (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi), the following modified cancellation policy applies:

Modification & Rescheduling

  • Date Changes: Date modifications are subject to availability and a ₹500 rescheduling fee per booking.
  • Any tariff difference between the original and new dates must be paid.
  • Date changes are allowed only once per booking.
  • Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
  • Room category upgrades are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

Early Departure

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.
  • Please inform the reception as early as possible if you need to check out early.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • A processing fee of ₹500 (standard) or ₹1,000 (peak season) is applicable on all refunds.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Special promotional rates marked as "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for any refund or modification. Please read the booking terms carefully before confirming such reservations.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest's control (natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, medical emergencies with documentation), the resort management will review each case individually and may offer:

  • Full credit for future stay (valid for 12 months)
  • Date rescheduling without additional fees
  • Partial or full refund at management's discretion

Please include your booking confirmation number and registered email/phone in all communications.

Important Notes

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Verbal communications are not considered valid for cancellation purposes.
  • The cancellation date is determined by the date the written request is received, not the date of the call or verbal notification.
  • Third-party bookings (OTAs like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo) are subject to the respective platform's cancellation policies.
