1. Reservation & Booking
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Aloha Resort & Villas.
- A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to secure your booking.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Group bookings (5+ rooms) may have different terms; please contact us directly for details.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Early check-in before 10:00 AM will be charged as an additional night.
- Late check-out after 2:00 PM will be charged as an additional night.
3. Identification Requirements
- Indian Nationals: Must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in.
- Foreign Nationals: Must present a valid passport with Indian visa. Passport and visa details will be recorded as per Indian government regulations.
- All guests above 18 years of age must provide valid identification.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid ID is not presented.
4. Room Allocation & Occupancy
- Room allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
- Specific room requests (view, floor, etc.) are not guaranteed but will be accommodated where possible.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to as per room category.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the rooms.
- Visitors must register at the reception and are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
5. Payment Terms
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash payments.
- Full payment is required at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Any incidental charges must be settled before check-out.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
6. Resort Rules & Conduct
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas. Outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed at the resort.
- Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required in the restaurant and common areas.
- Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
- The resort is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. A safe is provided in each room.
- Valuables should be deposited in the in-room safe or with the reception.
- The resort is not responsible for any injury or accident resulting from the guest's own negligence.
8. Swimming Pool & Beach
- Pool timings: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Swimming is at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty.
- Beach activities are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.
- The resort is not responsible for any incidents occurring on the public beach.
9. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karwar, Karnataka, India.
